Yes.

We will close your account and you will no longer be able to benefit advanced ticket sales and rewards on the SSE Reward website.

You can find your account number by logging into your online account, on your ebill or at the top of your bill.

Ticket allocations for The SSE Arena, Belfast change on an event-by-event basis and limits will be outlined by the ticketing websites at point of purchase.

There is a maximum allocation of 5 upgrades per person.

Please go to the SSE Reward entrance, located to the right of the main arena entrance.

You will be able to collect your wristbands at the SSE Reward desk.

You can show your upgrade confirmation on your phone or print the email and bring this with you. If you booked an upgrade but did not get a confirmation, please get in touch with our customer care team. Contact us
