Promotional Offer FAQs

Some offers can be redeemed as many times as you like, but others may have restrictions. You can check the individual offers T&Cs to be sure.

All offers need to be used by their individual expiry date. This is clearly labelled on the offer.

When you log onto the website of the brand with the offer, apply the promotional code in the discount box at the checkout. Please be aware that some offers are for specific products or do not work if there’s a sale on the website and a higher promotional offer is already applied.  Some promotional offers can be used instore and you will need to display it when paying for your items.

Once you’re logged in, you can view all the redeemed offers in the “Vouchers” section. You can find it on the Menu.

Each offer has its own set of terms and conditions.

Offers do expire and the expiry dates are clearly noted for each offer.

Competition FAQs

You can enter all competitions available each month. One entry per member.

The closing date for entries is always clearly stated for each competition.

Prize winners will get an email to let them know they have won a prize. A list of winners will be posted on the Competitions page, except where we have any competition with more than 10 winners.

Congratulations! We will get in touch with you over email to let you know you’ve won and either include your prize details in the email if it’s a voucher, or confirm your address to send the prize out to you if it’s a physical prize.

SSE Reward Account FAQS

You must be an existing SSE Airtricity customer to register and use the SSE Reward platform.

SSE Reward members that are no longer SSE Airtricity customers will have their accounts deactivated and will no longer have access to the platform.

Your account number can be found by logging into your online account, on your eBill or at the top of your bill.

You can reset your password at https://ssereward.ie/recover or https://ssereward.co.uk/recoverby entering your email address and we'll then send you a link to reset your password. Ticket allocations for The SSE Arena, Belfast change on an event-by-event basis and limits will be outlined by the ticketing websites at point of purchase.

This will normally be up to 48 hours in advance of general release. Subject to availability.

There is a maximum allocation of 5 upgrades per person, including the ticket holder (SSE Reward member).

Please go to the SSE Reward entrance, located to the right of the main arena entrance. You will be able to collect your wristbands at the SSE Reward desk.
